Keith you were such a valued and amazing member of the CCG. You worked tirelessly to bring the patient and public voice into everything we do and our decisions are the better for it. We will always remember your kindness, dedication, expert communication, fun and laughter. But our enduring memory has to be the year before last's Christmas party where your adulteration of some well known lyrics and leadership of our musical entertainment has yet to be surpassed.
